Terms booking - what to know about your rates and validation.

Please read the following booking conditions and cancellation to avoid problems and misunderstandings.

Room rates

Prices vary according to season and special offers.
Prices are per room per day.
All prices quoted in price list of accommodation presented in Euros and include all taxes. These values may be modified during the season without further notice.
The only direct and easy way to lock your room at their face value as presented in Table price of accommodation is to use your credit card using the automated reservation system on our website www.maryhotel.gr

Reservations made via e-mail

If the reservation is made via e-mail will force the price indicated on the day of ratification of the reservation.
If your credit card details are incorrect or not authorized by the bank, then the reservation will be canceled immediately.
For your room you must give us your name, card number and expiration date as listed on your credit card.
The book is without charge to your card 30% of the total. We will send you back to confirm the reservation with your name, the amount billed. You must print and present it to reception upon arrival.
The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

Book by phone rates

For a reservation over the phone are as above except that 30% of the total amount to be deposited into an account we will give you in our bank. You must send us the deposit slip and we will send you a booking confirmation with your name, amount and dates of arrival and departure. The remaining amount must be deposited in our account one week before arrival at the hotel.
ID or passport is necessary to show us when you arrive at reception.
To make a reservation, you must be over 18 years.

Terms of arrivals and departures

departure from the room 12:00

In order to avoid problems we recommend you to book your room 2 days earlier.

Cancellation rates

Please inform us of any changes or cancellations as early as possible to avoid further charges.
The cancellation of your room should be at least 10 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
If you cancel your booking between 5 and 10 days will be charged 50% of the total.
If you cancel your reservation between 2 and 5 days will be charged 75% of the total.
If you cancel your booking up to a maximum of 48 hours will be charged the full amount of reservation.

We accept Visa / MasterCard and Pay pal.

Information about the security of your transactions by credit card.

To use the online room reservation form from our website are required to fill in your details accurately as they appear on the card. To secure your transaction you must use a secure browser, (Windows Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla), which supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), e protoskolo necessary for electronic transactions.

The protoskolo SSL encrypts all information exchanged during the transaction through our server to be secure your transaction.
